Our founder, Nicole, spent nearly a decade in the classroom before stepping away to stay home with her second son, Luke. Though she cherished that season, she found herself missing the joy of working with children. Knowing she didn’t want to return to a traditional classroom, inspiration struck.

 

As a boy mom, her days were filled with dirt-covered hands, bug hunts, and puddle splashing—this was the kind of learning she wanted to nurture.

In Fall 2024, Wild Wonders welcomed its first season of 24 little explorers—and it quickly grew to a waitlist!

 

Now, each season, over 40 adventurous hearts come together to learn, grow, and discover in the greatest classroom of all: the outdoors.
